We had an amazing experience with the entire CURBS team! Our project was very difficult, but Lucas did handled everything with the town from start to finish. We couldn't have done it without him! Our patio came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier. It was also on time and within our budget. We will definitely be hiring them for any project again in the future.

Curbs was a joy to work with on a complete rehaul and redesign of our home's outdoor space, transforming our brick-and-mulch front and side yards into a beautifully modern deck, outdoor kitchen, and a separate dining area, complete with new landscaping and hardscaping. It's changed the way we use our outdoor space -- we've been spending so much more time outside! From start to finish, Lucas, Nilton, Roong, and the entire excellent crew were enthusiastic, communicative, responsive, and innovative in their thinking and design; they worked cleanly and efficiently. Not a single question we asked along the way went unanswered. Their use of sustainable, durable materials was a huge plus for us. And they somehow prepped the project and placed orders to navigate the mid-2022 supply chain disruptions and deliver the project on time and within budget, even accounting for a couple of pivots during the process. Honestly one of the best things to happen to our family and our home - just blown away - we would recommend Curbs without reservation.

I've used Curbs for 2 back yard projects and they have completely transformed the two areas into beautiful and usable outdoor spaces. The group is careful to take into account the type of soil and amount of light before creating their plan. The first project Curbs completed for me was 5 years ago, designing and constructing a new patio and retaining wall and adding plantings that were sustainable in the space with minimal maintenance. This work added a whole new "room" to my house as we now use the patio as much as the weather allows. I was so happy with the results I called them back to work on one more area of my yard. Despite my efforts each year, I could not get grass to grow. Curbs did a soil analysis and design work and now what looked like a pile of dirt is now a beautiful patch of plantings and stepping stones. Based on the success of the first project, I know in another 5 years this area will also retain its beauty and low-maintenance care. I cannot recommend Curbs highly enough. Their rates are very fair, and much lower than other high-end landscapers from whom I requested estimates. Lucas, Garrett, Nilton and the whole team there are professional, honest and a joy to work with.

You took a 40+ foot field stone retaining wall and turned it into a beautiful wall that will last decades. It was nothing that I would have ever imagined. Curbs Studio installed an outdoor gas fire pit in our backyard and updated and added to our surrounding plants and shrubs. The result is outstanding. We continue to enjoy the fire pit in the cold winter months and the plants have thrived. The work was done quickly, on time and in a very professional manner. When we have questions, the staff and owners promptly get back to us. I give them my highest recommendation!

We hired Curbs Inc. to transform our front walkway and could not be happier with the results! In only 2 days, the old, broken stepping stones in front of our house were gone and replaced with a gorgeous, historic European style walkway that wraps around to our side door. It makes our entire house look different and adds so much charm and character to it! During our consultation, Nilton, Lucas, and Inthasone listened to our ideas and then made them a reality. The whole Curbs Inc. team was extremely friendly, professional, and hardworking. They paid a lot of attention to every detail and made sure it would be perfect. Our property has been a work in progress and close to our hearts, since it has been in our family for 3 generations. We will certainly call Curbs Inc. again when the time comes to renovate our patio and other projects. We recommend them 100% for all your landscaping needs! The Curbs team was awesome to work with when they replaced our driveway retaining wall, expanded the driveway, and built two sets of stairs. We had one idea of how we wanted the driveway enlarged, but Nilton proposed a less costly alternative, that works much better than what we originally thought. We got quick responses to our questions prior to the work starting and, once on the job, the crew worked extremely hard for 4 long days to get it completed. It was finished in much less time than we expected. Each night they cleaned up their equipment, hosed down the driveway, and neatly stacked materials for the next day. When I sent pictures to family of their progress, in addition to how it looked, people commented on how well they cleaned up at the end of the day. We're very pleased with all aspects of Curbs, from the customer service, to their time on the job, to the finished product. We highly recommend them.

Lucas, Nilton and the whole team at Curbs, Inc were fantastic to work with during our recent patio/stairs project. Even though it was relatively small (320sf patio & steps) we were made to feel like this was their biggest priority and even when we ran into some challenges with our town the Curbs team jumped through hoops to help smooth everything out. I would highly recommend Curbs for any landscaping/masonry project and hope that we can use them again for any future projects.

I can not say enough good things about Nilton, Lucas and the entire Curbs team. They helped us replace a tired old concrete patio in Southie with beautiful bluestone and did a fantastic job. They were clear and up front with the timing and cost of the project, and provided lots of helpful ideas during the planning phase that fit our budget. I couldn’t believe how fast they were able to complete the job, especially given access to our backyard was not convenient for the team at all. An absolute pleasure to work with and 100% recommend them. True professionals.

I needed new front steps to my house. My blue stone steps were flaking and chipping and the cement keeping the wrought iron hand rails firmly in place had long since eroded away. I asked two other contractors for information on granite steps and asked for suggestions on how to make their look less industrial. They gave me quick prices and very little information about granite or my question. By happenstance, I was introduced to Curbs Inc Custom Landscapes. They gave me a great design, answered my questions, especially on what it would take to make their look less industrial. They were observant of other aspects of my front yard and how the steps would fit in. And then they did the work and it exceeded my expectations. They were friendly and hard working and they cleaned the yard at the end of each day. Oh, did I mention they beat the price of my other two quotes? Well, they did. I would highly recommend Curbs for any hardscaping and regular landscaping projects you may have.

Curbs Inc have built for us a paver patio and a seat wall with natural stone veneer and we are very happy with their job. Found them as authorized contractors of Unilock through the company's web site. Had a very good preliminary discussion of the project with Nilton and Lucas and received a detailed, clearly written and competitively priced proposal next day. The work started and finished on time; the project took 4 days with sufficiently manned crew working the whole time. High quality job, very good attention to details, protected out lawn, so that the grass was not damaged during the heavy traffic over it. Lucas was always in touch with quick e-mail communication. Truly, it was nice doing business with this company. Have already recommended them to our friends. The patio and the wall have received a lot of praise from our neighbors and we enjoy it every day.

The Guys at Curbs were great. They helped us pick out the kinds of stones we wanted for our steps and walk. They were very professional and very quick. The work on our walk and steps were done in two days. Their estimated cost was reasonable and they kept within that amount and did not exceed the estimate. I am pleased to highly recommend Curbs for brick/patio/masonry work. The quality of their service was outstanding, attention to detail was excellent, communication prompt and helpful, and the workers were knowledgable and respectful of the property and our neighbors. I received 5 estimates for the work on our property: cleaning and restoration of brick retaining walls, repair of crumbling steps on our bluestone patio, repair of masonry on an outdoor chimney and stone masonry repair on the facade of our house. Curbs was among the higher quotes, but totally worthwhile. Nilton prepared the estimate and was extremely thorough in the examination of the work to be done, and provided helpful recommendations. The proposal was provided promptly, in a day or two. Communication throughout was prompt and informative. The workers were experienced and worked efficiently, keeping the work area very clean, protecting our driveway with sheeting, etc. Our patio now looks brand-new -- thank you!

Curbs did an amazing job on my pool patio! The work ethic and attention to detail by Nilton and the crew is second to none. The crew is efficient and clean. I can't emphasize enough how clean and organized they were, it was as great as their workmanship. We hired Curbs, Inc to completely tear down and rebuild the hardscaping in our front yard. They were very responsive in their communications, provided a competitive price, cleaned up every day after work and completed the project on time. The end result was an amazing transformation of our front yard, which included retaining walls, front walkway and steps from sidewalk, driveway and to the front porch! We worked with Curbs on a backyard renovation project in 2018 and they were absolutely outstanding in every way. They transformed our backyard from a barren dirt hill into a peaceful oasis with beautiful terraced stone walls, a rambling brook water feature, a built in gas fire pit and beautiful stone patio, all with surrounding plantings. Their stone working craftsmanship is top notch - numerous contractors have commented on it - and they were creative and collaborative in design considerations (working with us and our architect / contractor, International Builders), and considerate and professional throughout the project. As a landscape architect working on higher-end residential projects, I've been working with the Curbs team for over five years now and often recommend them to my clients for implementing my designs. They are a bit of a hidden gem - executing high quality, smart work at a fair price. My clients have been pleased working with them (ie Curbs does not come back to nickle-&-dime small changes and always "makes things right"), and I enjoy working with them too....they are professional, thoughtful and solution-oriented. The resulting work speaks for itself...landscapes that look beautiful and stand up to the tests of time.

The Curbs team was absolutely awesome! Excellent project design/outline/scoping, clear communication/expectation setting, and -- most importantly -- beautiful and thorough work! In addition, their team is thoughtful and considerate, working to minimize disruption wherever possible (in spite of majorly reworking large part of my property), and maintaining a very clean job site. Lastly, they worked incredibly quickly -- doing a huge amount of work in a highly compressed timeframe -- without cutting any corners. If anything, they over-delivered on the work they outlined. Very highly recommend the entire team!

Nilton and his team did a fantastic job! They were on time, within budget, and very professional. They demolished my old retaining wall which was made from telephone polls and replaced it with a stone wall. We designed the curve together and Nilton had many great ideas on the details. The crew cleaned up after themselves each day and the whole project was finished within one week. I can wholeheartedly recommend Nilton to anyone who is planning a similar project.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Curbs, Inc. and highly recommend them. The work was to re point the block foundation of my house, and to lift and re set the patio pavers. They did a great job. Nilton was extremely responsive to my inquiry, got right back to me, and came soon after to closely inspect and discuss the work to be done. His advice was excellent and his written proposal accurately reflected our discussion and the work to be done. The price quoted in person was the same as that on the written proposal and was reasonable and was the price I paid when invoiced after the work was completed. Nilton scheduled the work to be done soon after I approved the proposal. The Curbs crew arrived bright and early, and were pleasant, professional, and very diligent. They were quiet, focused on their work and respectful of the neighbors. Again, I have only the best things to say and highly recommend Curbs.

We had a great experience with Curbs Inc. The scope of the project included an 18x18 Unilock patio with fire pit and walkway. It came out great and was completed in a very timely fashion. Nilton and crew went above and beyond cleaning up and repairing any disturbed areas. We were referred to Curbs Inc by Unilock at the Uxbridge location. Very happy with the outcome of the project and will be using again when it comes time for the next project.

When I first spoke with Nilton, he listened closely to what I wanted: a low wall along the edge of my property abutting the sidewalk. He then asked me several questions that pointed me in the right direction, questions that were perfect to get to the right solution. The result is a gorgeous 12” stone wall that is the hit of the neighborhood. The stones match the stones that make up the foundation of the house. The two masons who built the wall were superb, carefully chipping and measuring until they found just the right piece to fit each slot. I cannot recommend Nilton and Curbs highly enough. They are careful, caring craftsmen who do superb work.

I have used Curbs on two projects. They are very professional, do outstanding work and are very easy to work with. In May, they dug out 3 old flagstone walkways and installed pavers. The end result is terrific and improves the whole entrance to our house. I would absolutely use Curbs again and I highly recommend them.

I was recommended to Curbs Inc by our neighbors, and I am very happy with with the work done by Curbs Inc and would recommend them to anyone. We had our front walkway and front steps replaced, and the workmanship is excellent and the difference is dramatic. Even my kids and their friends have commented on it :) Curbs Inc also did all the mulch around our yard. They work fast and care about their craft.

I couldn't be happier with the service and excellent work that Nilton and his team have provided. I requested a meeting on a Tuesday, met Nilton that Saturday and left for work the following Friday to come home to find my entire yard raked, edged, mulched, and fertilized. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

If you are looking for masonry, pavers, stone work of any kind look no further. We recently had a wall built around an outbuilding. It came out perfect. We were absolutely delighted with the result. The craftsmanship was outstanding as was the attention to detail. Work was done in an efficient manner. The gentlemen performing the work were extremely professional and completely on task. When completed they raked and re seeded disturbed area. Five stars are not enough.

We have had an extremely positive experience working with Curbs on a project to refurbish 2 sets of walkways at our house, and to replace a walkway. They were very customer focused and guided us through the process of selecting materials and designing the walkway. The work was completed promptly and within the time frame that was communicated to us. We are very happy with our new steps and walkway and would highly recommend Curbs.

Nilton and the crew were great. I had switched over a new guy this summer to help to start his business. Nilton was a pure pro when I told. As time went on the new service struggled finding workers and services I needed in May couldn't be done until August. Curbs to the rescue. I sent Nilton a text on Saturday , he respond with a visit on Monday and a quote on Tuesday. Started work the following Monday and by the end of the week --- I had trimmings removed (a lot) , areas cleared and prep for bed mulching and edging to spread 20 cubic feet of mulch - that's correct 2 truckloads. Couldn't be happier.
